Run a side business with a boss bot and worker bots
Bots do the work, you approve. A boss bot hands tasks to worker bots and only brings you decisions. Watch usage limits and account-ban risks.
You're the boss bot for [business]. Split this week's work across the worker bots: research, drafts, and follow-ups. Workers report back to you. Bring me only decisions. Draft, I send. Stop and ask me before any payment, post, or email.
A Shopify store run by a bot team, with you approving
Users report bots handling store ops, listings, and supplier research while they approve products and spend. No income claims; mind usage limits.
Check yesterday's orders and inventory, flag low stock, and draft listing updates for products with missing details. Change nothing live. Stop and ask me before any price change, purchase, or ad spend.
How a multi-bot company is structured
The structure: one top boss bot, a boss per business, worker bots under each, and a human who talks only to the bosses and approves.
You're the top boss bot. Each business has its own boss bot; route work through them, never directly to workers. Bosses report blockers and approvals to you, and you bring me only yes/no decisions. Draft, I send.
LinkedIn prospect research: the bot researches and drafts, you send
Have Grok Bot find people worth connecting with and draft personal notes. You send them yourself to keep your account safe.

Lead hunting and outreach drafts: the bot researches and drafts, you send
Have Grok Bot find potential customers and draft personal outreach. You review it and send it yourself to keep your accounts safe.

Monitor X for competitors, intent signals, and leads
Grok Bot can search, read, and monitor X. Set it to watch competitors and buying signals and send you a daily report.

Chase unpaid invoices
Users report having Grok Bot sort through old invoices, find the unpaid ones, and draft follow-ups for them to review.

Run a one-person startup or agency back office with a bot team
Founders report running support, invoices, outreach, and finance with a team of Grok Bots. Here's how to start small.
You're my back-office lead. Each morning, check new support emails, unpaid invoices, and open bids, and give me one list of what needs my decision. Draft replies but send nothing.
Websites and internal tools for non-coders
Non-coders report building websites and even a full lead management system with Grok Bot. Here's how to start your own build.
I'm not a coder. Build a simple lead tracker for my team with name, phone, status, and next step, plus a daily list of follow-ups. Explain each step in plain words and show me a demo before we use it.

Tag @bot under any X post to hand it to your bot
Per the docs, tag @bot under an X post to hand that post to your Grok Bot as a task. How it works, where it isn't available, and what it costs.
@bot save the key points of this thread to my [Notion page] and draft a reply for me. Don't post the reply.
