Checks whether a broken item is covered, prepares the claim for your OK, and tracks the replacement.

My [item] from [brand] has [problem]. Find my receipt in email, check the warranty terms on [brand]'s site, and tell me if it's covered. If it is, fill in the claim and show it to me. Submit only after I say yes, then track the replacement and tell me when it ships. Don't pay any fee without asking. Stop and ask me if anything is unclear.
