Process invoices received in Gmail (and, per one user, pay them)
xAI says an ops bot can process invoices received in Gmail. One user says his bot also creates Mercury payments he approves.
Each morning, find new invoices in my Gmail, check each against the vendor and amount we expect, and set up the payment as a draft for my approval. Flag anything from a new vendor.

After each sales call, read the transcript, update the deal in our CRM with key notes and next steps, and draft a follow-up email for me to review. Don't send it.
