Book appointments without the phone tag

Users report bots that find open slots, fill booking or contact forms, and book only the time they pick. Phone calls need a calling plugin.

Last verified: Oct 17, 2026

The problem

Booking a dentist, vet, doctor, or hard-to-get table means phone menus, forms, and checking back.

How the bot does it

Users report:

  • One user reports that when his bot couldn't make calls, it left a message in the dental office's contact form asking for an appointment, and the office later called him (@chrisfleck). That's one person's experience, and offices respond differently. A secondhand roundup (@AgentRevenueLab) mentions another dentist booking.
  • @enriikke asked a bot to book a vet visit for his dogs and says it needed some help from him (single source).
  • @ashen_one made a bot that checks booked-out restaurants every few hours for an opening (single source).
  • A secondhand @grok reply says a user's Bland setup with Grok Bot got through a clinic's phone tree and booked a doctor visit (single source). Phone calls need a calling plugin.

The bot stops before confirming or paying. Many booking sites ask for a card hold, so it asks you first.

Setup steps

  1. 1Tell it the office, the type of visit, and your time window.
  2. 2Let it read your calendar and show you the best slots.
  3. 3If there's no online booking, have it draft a contact-form message: Draft, I send.
  4. 4Tell it: Stop and ask me before confirming a booking or paying.

Example prompt

Find a [visit type] at [office] in the next [two weeks] that fits my calendar. Show me the three best slots. Book only the one I pick, or draft a contact-form request if there's no online booking. Stop and ask me before submitting or paying anything.

The result

A short list of slots that fit your calendar, or a contact-form draft you approve. Users say results depend on the office's site, and some needed to step in.

Results are the user's own claim. We haven't checked them.
