Process invoices received in Gmail (and, per one user, pay them)
xAI says an ops bot can process invoices received in Gmail. One user says his bot also creates Mercury payments he approves.
Each morning, find new invoices in my Gmail, check each against the vendor and amount we expect, and set up the payment as a draft for my approval. Flag anything from a new vendor.

A weekly "hours saved" report
Users have their chief-of-staff bot add up the time it spent on each job and report the hours saved every week.
Every Friday at 4 PM, review what my bots completed this week. Estimate how long each job would have taken me, show your reasoning, and give me a total. Label everything as an estimate.
