Finds auto-renewal clauses and cancellation deadlines in your vendor contracts and reminds you in time.

Read the vendor contracts in [folder]. Make a table with vendor, renewal date, auto-renew yes or no, notice period, and the last day to cancel. Remind me 30 and 7 days before each cancel deadline. Draft cancellation notices if I ask, but don't send or cancel anything yourself. Stop and ask me if anything is unclear.
