Read the attached lease and the landlord's emails in [folder or thread]. In plain English, list rent, every fee, deposit rules, renewal and move-out terms, and anything that doesn't match what was promised in the emails. Note what to ask before signing. You're not a lawyer, so flag anything that needs one. Don't sign or reply to anyone. Stop and ask me if anything is unclear.
