Safe Dependency Updates
Checks for outdated packages and opens one tested pull request per update, with risk notes.

Once a week, list outdated dependencies in [repo] with their changelog highlights and risk level. For low-risk updates, hand them to a Cursor cloud agent to open one pull request each and run the tests. Leave major-version updates for me to decide. Don't merge. Stop and ask me if anything is unclear.
