Turns a customer's bug report email into reproduction steps and a draft fix you review.

When a bug report arrives in [support inbox], try to reproduce it in [staging site] and write down the exact steps with a screenshot. If it reproduces, hand it to a Cursor cloud agent for a fix and open a pull request. Draft a reply to the customer for me to send. Don't reply yourself or merge. Stop and ask me if anything is unclear.
