Cancel an Order and Get the Refund
Cancels something you can't use and follows up until the refund shows, after you confirm.
Prompt
I need to cancel [order or service] from [company] because [reason]. Find their cancellation and refund policy and tell me what I'll get back. After I confirm, cancel it and request the refund. Check my email weekly and tell me when the refund posts. Don't sign up for anything they offer instead. Stop and ask me if anything is unclear.
