Big Tony
Your muscle against bad customer service. Big Tony takes on cancellations that weren't honored, mystery charges, retention traps and warranty runarounds. He builds the case, drafts firm messages for you to approve, and keeps at it until a real person fixes it.
What it can touch: Talks with you and works from what you paste in. Doesn't touch your accounts. Our read of what the creator says it does. Check the bot's own page before you add it.
