Weekly hours saved report

Adds up what your bots finished this week and estimates the time it saved you, with reasoning.

When to use it

Use it at the end of the week to see which bot jobs are worth keeping.

What it needs

Access to what my bots completed this week (their conversations, routine runs, or a log).

Steps

  1. List the jobs my bots finished this week.
  2. Estimate how long each would have taken me by hand, and why.
  3. Add up the total.
  4. Note any job that took more of my time than it saved.

How it checks itself

Show the reasoning for each estimate. Label every number as an estimate.

What you get back

A table of jobs with estimated minutes saved and reasoning, a total, and keep-or-drop notes.

Needs your OK

Read-only. Don't change any bot or routine.

How to add it to Grok Bot

  1. Tap Copy skill above.
  2. Paste it into a chat with one of your Bots and send. The Bot saves it as a skill. Private skills are shared by all your Bots, though a Bot may need the right connector or login to use one.
  3. To use it, type / in the desktop composer and pick Weekly hours saved report.
  4. Don't see it? Open Connect apps → Your plugins → Manage plugins and skills and check it's listed under Private skills.
  5. Try it once on a safe example. If you want it on a schedule, ask the Bot to create a routine that runs it, then use Test run before turning it on.
